warranties of any kind, including any implied warranties of
merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose.

can not be held responsible for the content of any external
links to third party websites and has not fully reviewed the
content of those sites. Please visit these external sites at
your own risk.
All information
contained within Beautiful Births website or within
HypnoBirthing Classes or antenatal classes and services is for
general information only and should not be treated as a
substitute for medical advice. Please ALWAYS consult your GP,
Obstetrician or Midwife prior to taking any supplements or using
anything you are not completely happy with. We cannot confirm
items are specifically safe for use in pregnancy and / or
childbirth and there use should be discussed with your care
provider.

without prior notice at their discretion.

Accuracy of Site &
Classes
Whilst every
reasonable step has been taken to ensure that the information
contained on this site and in our classes is up to date and
accurate, Beautiful Births and Clare Taggart assumes no
responsibility for any mistakes or errors in the information and
reserves the right to make changes to the services described on
this site at any time without prior notice.
We do not warrant
that product descriptions or other content on this site is
accurate, reliable or error free. If you are unhappy with any
product you purchase from this site, your sole remedy is to
return it in an unused, unopened condition
Delivery
All
purchases made from Beautiful Births via this site is made
subject to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of
loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery
to the carrier.
All items are subject to availability. Where items are
temporarily out of stock despatch maybe delayed. However, you
will be notified of this as soon as possible.
Delivery
methods and timescales - for Milk Bands, Aromatherapy
oils, mum and baby - body products.
We aim to
dispatch your order within 48 - 72 hours maximum (except in
exceptional circumstances) However the majority of our
orders are dispatched the same or the next day.
Items are
dispatched via Royal Mail and are sent 1st class delivery -
we cannot take responsibility for Royal Mails timescales on
delivery but should be with you within approx 48 hours of dispatch.
Delivery
Methods and timescales - for La Bassine & Birth Pool in a
Box
All of our
pools are dispatched directly from the manufacturer.
Our obligation
is to deliver the products at the delivery address you have
specified in your order. Our carriers may deliver the products
at any time during the day. Please note that our Couriers
generally do not deliver on weekends and on public holidays,
your order placed on a Friday or over the weekend will be
delivered to you on the following week providing that your
product is in stock with our suppliers.
We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but
goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods
is sometimes outside of our control. Therefore, any dates
specified for the delivery of the goods are approximate and are
not guaranteed.
Despite our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delivery
delays. Please wait 48 hours after the estimated delivery date
before contacting us about a missing order. We will not accept
liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified
within 10 days from the expected delivery date. We use
independent carriers. If there is no one to accept the delivery
of your order a card will be left by the carrier so you can
arrange a delivery time, directly with the carrier. Ultimately,
if the carrier is unable to deliver your order it will be
returned to us and you will be charged for it to be
re-despatched.
All deliveries must be signed for and you will be responsible
for the products as soon as they are delivered
Delivery should be within 4 working days.
Postage and
Packaging
At the
moment we are only able to take online orders for delivery
to an address within the mainland UK.
Cost of Postage
Postage is
calculated on a weight basis. The total approximate weight
of your order is the weight you postage & packaging costs
are calculated at.
Orders over
£50 in goods will receive free postage and packaging.

Birthing
Pools are shipped directly from the manufacturer and postage
is free. Please see the Birthing pools information for more
details on delivery timescales.

accomodae your wishes but may have to charge a sur charge
for this service.
The Buyer understands that the Seller recommends that all
births be attended by experienced birth professionals.
The Buyer agrees to release and hold harmless Seller and/or any
agent thereof, its members, employees, associates and affiliated
manufacturers from any and all responsibility or liability for
maternal complications, infant mortality or morbidity, or injury
to any or all persons in connection with use of said MADE IN
WATER LIMITED birth pool ( La Bassine) or Birth Pool in a
Box Eco Mini or regular that may occur before, during and/or
after labour and/or birth in any birth pool provided by Seller (
Beautiful Births).
The Buyer specifically holds the Seller harmless from any claims
made by third parties, as well as any damage or injury to
property occasioned by the use of the La Bassine or Birth Pool
in a Box birth pools.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Payments
Card transactions are made securely through Paypal. You do
not have to have or set up an account with Paypal to use these
services.
PayPal helps protect your credit card information with
industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you
use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the
merchant (Beautiful Births).

Refunds /
Exchanges/ Faulty Goods
General
In addition to
your statutory rights as a consumer, we will give a full
refund for the product value of your purchase provided that
the items inside the box are unopened and unused
and received by us undamaged in transit. Please take care
when packing and sealing the carton or other container.
We are not able
to give a refund if we do not receive the returned product.
Please note that proof of posting is NOT proof of receipt.
You are liable for the goods until they are delivered to us,
and we will not reimburse you until the goods are returned
to us in good (fit for resale) condition. We strongly advise
you to use Royal Mail Special Delivery or other insured and
tracked delivery service for this purpose in order to be
sure that any goods returned are delivered safely to us.
If goods
returned to us are found to be damaged, we will not refund
any money. We will tell you this in writing by letter, fax,
or e-mail. The goods will then be kept at our premises for
90 days from the date of that written notice, after which
time we will dispose of them without any further notice to
you. You may collect the goods from us before the expiry of
the 90-day period, if you wish, or you may pay us to return
them to you as long as you tell us in writing before the
expiry of the 90-day period
Refunds will be
issued by the same method as initial payment within 7-10
days of our receipt and within a maximum timescale of 30
days.
If you are un
happy with your purchase please email us in the first
instance explaining your reasons. We will contact you to
come to an agreement.
Refunds are
available if your item is faulty within 7 days of receipt.
You will be responsible for returning to us and we will
inspect the item and issue a refund, plus the cost of your
postage within 7 - 10 days of receipt and within a
maximum of 30days..
Refunds can be made within 7 days of purchase. Taken from the
day of receipt to the date the item is posted back to us.
The item must be in immaculate condition. Un opened and in its
same original packaging. It must NOT have been opened, used,
inflated etc. All accessories, directions for use and the
delivery note must be included. We are unable to cover the cost
of postage and packaging back to ourselves in this case.
Original Postage costs will NOT be refunded. We are not
responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, and
strongly recommend that you send the parcel by a track able
source.
Please note
that a fee of £15 postage will be deducted from your
refund for Birthing pool sales.
If you wish a refund please contact in the first instance

or call Clare on 01785 824907. Clare will then be able to agree
the refund and issue you with your reference number and the
postal address for returns.

Birthing pools
additional information
This warranty does not cover; punctures cuts and abrasions
sustained in careless uses or improper storage. Over inflation
is a major cause of leaks. Do not inflate with a compressor or
high pressure pump. Inflating this item to full hardness can
damage the seals.
Faulty
Goods -
Beautiful Births undertakes to replace the defective pool by
another or to refund you within 15 days. Beautiful Births
reserves the right to choose replacement or refund. You must
however inform us by email of your intention to return the pool.
La Bassine only:
Non conformity (manufacture defect): Unlike any other
inflatable, La Bassine is made in small batches allowing every
single pool to be fully inflated for 24h before leaving the
manufacture. This procedure reduces greatly the number of faulty
product.
In the event that the delivered pool presents one or more hidden
defects, you must return it to us for refund, in its original
packaging within seven clear days of delivery.
Modifications
Beautiful
Births reserve the right to make changes to our site,
policies and terms and conditions at any time. If any
of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or far
any reason unenforcable, that condition shall be deemed
severable and shall not affect the validity and
enforceability of any remaining condition.
