Previously, only one kit was offered with
Birth Pool in a Box. Customer feedback on the perception of
value of this was mixed. Therefore we have created 2 different
kits, one very basic for filling – called Basic Kit – and a more
comprehensive one – called Standard Kit – that includes an
electric emptying pump.
All items on this page are only
available at the same time as a BPIAB Pool order - Separate orders cannot be
placed.

Fitted Heat Cover for BPIAB Eco
regular / mini
The Fitted Heat Cover for
Birth Pool in a Box can be used to:
-Reduce heat loss while filling or if
filling is completed before established labour, i.e. before the
recommended appropriate time to enter the pool.
-Reduce the risk of a child or pet
entering a filled pool unsupervised. While the cover is not
“lockable”, it is secured over the outside handles of the pool.
Made of the same non-toxic
material as Birth Pool in a Box Eco, without banned phthalate
chemicals, the new liner does not come into contact with the
water and therefore is more easily handled after use. It can
also be cleaned and re-used provided it does not come into
contact with blood or pool water after birth.
